It's time to create a starter!
You will get 100P$ after you are done
creating it.
You will choose the Pokemon, and you
will get 3 chances to roll a theme. A
mod will quote your post with the theme and
add you, then you can choose a Pokemon
and start, or roll again.
3 minor, 1 major and up to 3 NR edits will be
chosen at random, based on the
theme. List of starters:
