Tier 1: Magic (star-like things floating around her (I put it behind her for ease of viewing), can float and cosmic telekinesis - can move the stars and other outer space things, but exhausts her greatly)
Tier 2: Head Horn
Tier 4: the dotted spirals can glow (glowing spots)
Name is TBD. I may find a better one or keep it Zodiac.
This felt like it took longer than it did XD
Changed background so you can see her the stars better XD

Approved! I would count the stars as magic. Also just let me know when the name is final, you can always change it!
