I'll probably end up adding more to the design later, it feels a little bit incomplete at the moment. But I love this child ;v;
edit, 10/21/2020: It's been so long, and we've come so far... to think, this was all I said about the character who would later become my all-time favorite of my OCs!
It all started out with some personality and backstory details, then I built a world around them. Figuring out a time period, a setting, designing the actual protagonist of this story, adding a bunch of fun little details and history to the main town, putting the aforementioned protagonist through an unreasonable amount of emotional trauma, then subsequently putting myself through an unreasonable amount of emotional trauma by giving the story an absolutely heartbreaking ending- they've been here through it all, and have undergone pretty much zero design changes!
(granted, my art style has changed a lot, and with it, the way I draw them)
So, now that this pointless "update" is over, here's to another year of character development!
