ABeardedDragon, you have chosen to recuse, and the pony in your care is Doc.

Doc was a former lesson horse, all riders rode him. Upon the stable's closing, Doc was sold to whom they thought would take care of him. Spot was found with un-kept hair and chipped hooves, we were able to take care of his mane and tail but hes still not quite ready. He's now a bit nervous with people. You will need to get Doc ready in 30 days, his mane must be braided, his hooves repaired, his coat cleared of "fuzzies" and he needs a full set of tack.
