i'm aware the design is bad and the colour clash. that was purposeful.
i guess i could call this my anxiety monster. its well aware of how awful it looks, and that it draws attention, and however hard it tries, it can't change its basic appearance. this has basically led to it just giving up.
this is actually a really good tool though i was taught that visualizing your disorders makes them easier to deal with
