sounds like a good idea, there are serval kitten breeding generator that can help you [here's one I use a lot x + a useful color chart] they are very helpful when you're starting out c:

as for your pairing - I've say Jessie is a 'cream (red + dilute) mackerel tabby van (high white)' and Harlequin is 'cinnamon mackerel tabby with low white'.
