I don't know how vintage and sezzas made the Tolter sparkle but it is so cool and I cannot master it xp
Her saddle covers some of the markings so I made those ones up

You get sparkles by making the brush small and changing the settings to have maximum scatter and spacing. Give it a try

I did do that, it looks more like a snowy look to me, I just used the color white, maybe im doing it wrong xp
