Hnn I love your designs and stuff so here goes <33

A moth/cat hybrid kind of creature.
The whole base being cat with moth features.

The moth part I'd like it to be based off of is this moth;
Spilosoma lubricipeda
Here is a side view.

As for edits could it have the neck fluff, antennas, wings?
The tail edits I'd like you to decide to be honest I'd love whatever you come up with.
(Like long/wispy/bobtail/etc. Your choice!)
As for the cat part could the ears be folded like a scottish fold?
The fur being fluffy like a siberian cat :>

The whole theme would be dreamscape/sleepy kind of deal! <3
You're more than welcome to add magical stuff(Same for items) too if you'd like
giving ya some artistic freedom on it <3

i searched for "dreamy color palettes" and i found a lot of really really nice ones ??
couldn't pick just one though, so again i also made my own color palette for the cover [which i might actually use? it looks pretty nice and would fit well with the moth's colors]
i could use any of these instead of/in addition to the one i made, or i could use specific colors from each

I really like the Sparkling Beach palette as well as the cover palette and the last 3 you put down at the end.

The blues going with the browns seem really nice and I think it would definitely give the dreamscape feel.
Blue seems like a really calm color to me so I think it would do well with the browns!

started sketching out the edits! c:
what i was thinking initially was to use the cover palette as the base markings [i.e. the cat part] and use the color scheme of the moth [the last three palettes] for the actual moth part. if i do that though, i might try to add a few touches of soft blue among the whites, browns, and purples though?

i've started the design, just have the wings left to "officially" design. [nts: pen opacity 9]
i added a pale reddish orange color for some accents around the eyes and nose, but i'm not sure i like how it blends with the rest of the palette. i may change the accent color/remove it entirely, or i may shift the hues/tones of the main palette slightly to make it work better overall, or i may just leave it as is if you like it?
i can change the opacity of the cover so you can see it better if you'd like ~

Hmm well if it's only on the face and doesn't seem to blend all too well I'd say change it or remove as you see fit ^^

lowered the opacity c:
i may change it to a soft creamy yellow, a light magenta-ish color, or possibly a light sky blue? likely magenta, as yellow and purple are complementary colors and can lead to a rather harsh contrast at times. i'll try both though, to see which looks better
