looks like this little fella had a bite taken out of him :0c
he might look tough, but he's really a sweetie. he likes small fluffy things, fish, swimming, and flower crowns

ears were based off of an american curl cat, and the tattoo was inspired by the pattern on the southern copperhead snake
the gems on the armor are star sapphires !
the markings on the back of his ears look suspiciously like eyes...
tail is made of water and he can change its shape at will. he can also control/manipulate liquids and can condense moisture/water droplets from the air.
