Dark Flare Flame

First of all, the timer is waaaaaaay off, I left it on while I did other things, watched the move The Shinning, and I left it on while I was asleep. Okay now on to my character.... So this is Dark Flare, he has dragon powers plus wings, and so does his evil brother Drake, but drake has a dragon scale belly that Dark Flare doesn't. Dark Flare is not evil.
