if you draw something (lines) then want to color In what you just drew, Ex: You draw a cat, but with no color. You color it in.
I don't know how to do that 0-0

oh ok. i see. you'd want to draw the lines on a separate layer to the white background layer, then you can create a layer under that to draw the color on. if you need further information i'd check out this helpful guide.
