He's blind, but he can see sounds [dunno how that really works but just go with it] and lights as colors/lights [even through the bandage/bandanna thing...] and can tell where objects are.
He has no eye whites, and his pupils are very pale.
He seems pretty wise and thinks everything through thoroughly before acting on it most of the time but he's also incredibly stubborn and thick-headed when it comes to what he can and can't do, and if someone says he can't do a certain thing, however stupid or minor it is, he will almost always go way out of his way to prove them wrong.
When he gets annoyed/flustered he can cast some really scathing remarks.
He doesn't always wear the bandages/bandanna.
I haven't decided if he was simply born blind or if something caused him to go blind.
I feel like he may have some sort of magic, but I haven't decided yet, though I think he definitely has telepathy or at least the ability to read others' thoughts.
His name is what happens when I try to combine the names "Eli" and "Ian".
