So I was talking to my friend Apple Cinnamon Spice, and I told her about my dilemma about trying to figure out how my lioness character has a mane. One of the things she said was maybe someone altered her genetic code, and from that I decided that when she was a young teenager (say, the equivalent of a 13 year old human) she was captured by scientist who genetically modified her-resulting in her growing a mane-and then she escaped sometime. Name suggestions please? Her name is Kijani, it's Swahili for green and Sparkleparty suggested (not really suggested exactly, but it's the only way I can think of to word it.) it.
