Swiftstar

Clan leader of Earthclan.
"Swiftheart, step forward please" Eaglestar coughed, his sides heaving weakly as Swiftheart stepped forward. Swiftheart ached for her leader, her tail stiff behind her as she took in the scene before her. Eaglestar was hanging on by a thread to the last of his nine lives. Swiftheart wasn't ready to become leader but she wasn't sure how to tell Eaglestar. "I know - *cough* that you are scared but now is my - *cough* time to join Starclan and run with my ancestors." Eaglestar stated. Swiftheart felt a rush of warmth along her side. She glanced over at the brilliant figure of Firestar. Firestar smiled at his descendent, comforting her as she stepped towards Eaglestar who spoke his last words, "Swiftheart, you will travel to the Moonpool and earn your nine lives. You will return to your clan and I know, you will make a great leader, as you are a descendent of the most noble leader to ever walk this earth, Firestar. And although the clans have changed in both demeanor and names, the cats have not. Please rule this clan well." he wheezed. Swiftheart nodded, her chest tightening as Eaglestar's eyes glazed over and his sides fell still. She turned towards the clan... HER clan, her heart racing as she gave them the news of their leaders passing.

I love her story, as well as Winterscar's. Your a pretty good writer.
