Meet Napoleon, the shy but friendly stallion. Despite his regal sounding name, Napoleon is actually more of the submissive type. He is a very sweet stallion, but tends to be a little awkward. Napoleon is rather shy, but can be pretty naive. However, once he's warmed up to you, you have a friend for life. Napoleon is one of the most loyal and trustworthy stallions out there. He loves to make others happy, and would give up his happiness for others. In other words, he cares more about others more than he cares about himself. However, Napoleon doesn't do extremely well with strangers.

Napoleon is actually a large stallion. He stands at fifteen hands, and has a dark and intimidating left eye. When he was born, he had an extremely odd case of heterochromia; having one baby blue eye and one deep brown eye. Unfortunately, it was later discovered that he was blind in the blue eye. Napoleon also has a beautiful, dark grey coat. The only bright marking, rather, the only marking on his body, is a badger face.

Napoleon has an odd fear of large bodies of water. In the past, he was taken to a lake and an ocean. But alas, he was scared out of his mind. He was only a colt when he was taken to the lake, but at the sight of the lake, he freaked. It looked deep. That was the only thing that scared him; how shallow or deep it was. When he was taken to the ocean, he was scared of the waves. Yes, he likes to watch the waves, and he also finds them pretty, but there is no way you can get him to even go near it. Pretty to look at, not to touch. He learned that the hard way. At about three years of age, he was taken to the ocean. Being the awkward stallion he was, he ventured knee-deep into the water only to be knocked over by a wave. Luckily, he was tall enough so he wouldn't get dragged under, but he was still terrified. Since these experiences, Napoleon has never gone near large bodies of water.

How did Parma get to through his tough shell, you ask? It took a long time. Parma and Napoleon met when they were just little foals. Napoleon was far more shy than he is now, but Parma was more playful. She was a little shy, too, but she was astounded by how shy Napoleon was. Parma saw Napoleon as her best friend. However, Napoleon was unsure. He didn't really have many friends. Rather, any friends. With his disability, he thought others made fun of him and judged him. Maybe Parma was just doing this because she felt bad? Anyways, at some point, they got separated. Napoleon was sent to some lesson center to help kids with cancer. Just to keep them company. Napoleon, as they were separated, grew anxious and nervous. He didn't know anyone at the center, and the only other tolter he was at least familiar with was Parma. Six months passed, and Napoleon was returned to his old ranch. When he and Parma saw each other, they galloped towards each other and did a "horse hug." Over the time he was gone, Napoleon realized how good of a friend Parma was. He actually needs Parma in his life. She reduces the anxiety Napoleon tends to receive. Parma goes the same way. Napoleon was her best friend, she couldn't lose him. Napoleon couldn't lose her either. They were best friends.

Note: Would it be okay if the coat could be made darker on the tolter version, if this is the winning design? I wanted to make it a darker base coat, but I would've had to redo the badger face and that was a pain to do since I have a mouse. cx
