PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE ENTERING:
1) If this is not posted in contests by any staff member and i need to "add you" to color it in please do i have had people in my previous contests ask me to add them and they never even bothered doing an entry
2) NO I REPEAT NO W.I.P (work in progress) drawings! in previous contest entries i have had the users NEVER finished them only enter if you will FINISH it ASAP
3) No Simple designs or to neon designs please, and possibly NO items C:
4) DO NOT steal other users designs or make a design very close to looking the same as theres on purpose
5) you may make up to as many entries as you want but only a minimum of two of your designs can win
you can make either one or two characters it is possible for both designs to win in that case you will be given a second RANDOM prize
