Like kinda I don't know how to really describe it but how you kinda make rainbows look like blended? I don't know how to describe it but how you make the rainbows are kinda like how The spectrum in this picture looks:

Well, I colored the rainbow itself using the pencil tool, but used the blender tool to blend it. Then I used the airbrush tool to touch up some areas that didn't blend quite right, and added the sparkles using pen at size 2, opacity 120, scattering 1000, and spacing 100 with color white.
