It is the first come first serve thing unless I have two people that want it at the same time. The person who has pets (That I like the best) will get it. It DOES NOT have to be a rare, maybe how many pets it costs, and WL will get you closer to getting it. If you're the only person that gets it without anybody else wanting it.. you get it!
