I hate to bother someone I don't even really know, but would you mind telling me what you think of the dapples? I really struggle with them and I'm not sure if how these turned out looks good or not ;-;

no problem, and it's fine!
to be very honest, though, i think the dapples are especially adorable! you could try a technique that i use and put a better opacity on them, and dot them quickly so that they're visible, but spread out like random daps. not at 100% opacity though! if you don't know what i mean, i could colour a foal in to show you! ^u^;

I think I get what you mean! I airbrushed these using a tiny circle motion, on a separate layer from the foal, and turned the opacity like waaaay down and then merged the layers. I think the opacity was at like 30 or 40%. But if they look okay here then I'll keep doing that
