Rev OC-First time using Oekaki

So I decided to try coloring something in since I have little to no artistic ability of my own and this is the result. I guess she's a new OC.
So yeah, meet Rev! I would greatly appreciate tips on using Oekaki, especially with figuring out the whole layering thing.
