Ge often offers to help people but usually fails to follow through. he is also very likely to jump to conclusions. even still, he is very generous and loves to be the center of attention. he usually wont notice if he has upset you in anyway since he's oblivious to things of that kind. even though he love to be around others, he does need to be alone for a period of time to recharge.

The only time that he will "butt-in" to someone else's conversation is when they are speaking ill things of him that are not true, in other words, spreading rumors about him. In his quiet time, which is usually all the time, Varis prefers watching the birds in their trees of fishes in their streams, or studying the stars and trying to make up his own constellations.
