1st question - Well, you adopted the pup so it's now your character. You can use it in roleplays, draw or color pictures of it, make your own breeding center with it, whatever really. As along as you never claim to have made the character's design or change who it's parents are, I don't really care what you do with it
2nd question - I make these by using an editable drawing by Neara and just coloring it in with my characters and other peoples characters
