ref for my new oc, Vasi! (vasi is turkish for guardian >w>)
i was originally making him to sell, but i liked his design too much to give away, haha.

the scarf and markings are supposed to glow a little, but i didn't bother adding the effect on the ref. his eyes glow too, brighter than the markings.
