Here's your new character! I hope you like him/her I imagine the tail poofs float around behind him weightlessly. They were inspired a bit by Drifloon arms XD except instead of hearts they were supposed to be little poofballs. But you can imagine they're whatever you want ^^ Feel free to edit, remove, or add anything you want on this character
