New character idea. May add more, but I like him how he is. A virtual cookie to anyone who can guess what his name, Tsuki No, means.

Remove all stripes
Duplicate moon marking to forhead/other shoulder?

Bump, i dont like his design anymore, i need help thinking of designs to add. Im keeping the moon marking, but i dont like the stripes anymore.
