Newest Charrie: Klaire

This design was based off of an anime that I like, but I'll just say she wasn't. ^.^ I'll call her Klaire, odd spelling I know. I like different unique things, so I came up with Klaire. Instead of how you'd normally spell it: Claire, anyways this is my newest charrie ^.^
