Payment
You only have to pay for existing OCs. Pre-made ponies or suggested themes to not have to be paid for.
The payment does not have to be on my wishlist. You may pay C$ or Items and 2013 uncommon and up pets. I'm not very picky on the species. You may give me pets without rarities and common pets if they are on my wishlist. If you are going to pay any rares list/store pets you automatically become priority and will be the next piece of art done.
