Welll, I've been working on this guy every since I got home from school- where I spent most of the day thinkig up a base design for an entry. This barely looks anything like what I imagined, but I did imagine turqoise colors with orange markings. Why did I do a brown domestic form? I've always thought brown is a beautiful contrast with blue. THE WINGS AREN'T PURPLE, THEIR PALE BLUE-GREY...BUT IT LOOKS PURPLE. I did my research on spyre specters and refered to the species profile, and I tried to do everything correctly. I'll probably make 3 other designs- one more male and two females. I hope you like it, and if I did anything wrong according othe species profile, can you tell me, just so I know?

I really love the markings c: Spyres generally have darker fur colors though. If you want to make it darker without having to color over what you already did, duplicate the color layer, lock alpha, color it black, and then lower the opacity. ;D

Shiverice wrote:Really liking this one! The design is a little wild, so for the next one maybe tone it down a teeny weeny bit, but it looks awesome!
Thanks for the advice!
