A: hes a cannibal.so what do cannibals eat? others JUST like them. well he went into a frenzy and killed his "Cannibal tribe"and nearly lost his arms in the process.to save his original two arms he found a lizard ate it and saved its arms but as it told in Jockey's page, they were called "dead arms" which meant he couldn't move them like his front two, so he easily sewed them on his front two and puppeted them to work. His fangs came from a dog that tried to kill him.
