that is really weird... but the scattering isn't a brush type, it's a brush effect

In the panel underneath the brush type and above the layers box, there's this thing called "Scattering (#)%". Change the number from "0%" to like "350%" (or higher) the way you would brush size.

Description of fur/markings:Base fur should be black and markings on back to top of the head to end of tail rainbow that HAS to look spray painted.Rainbow colors SHOULD be neon.The colors i want are Red,Orange,Yellow,Green,Blue,Purple,Pink is last.Red is on the head and pink is on the tail end.I also want stockings that SHOULD be solid,also rainbow.Same colors but different order is good.Finally,I would like a white chest marking that is long fur.
