puppy name: Zara
puppy Number Wanted: 5
puppy Gender: Female
puppy personality:Although she is quiet and shy, she has a good heart. She wouldn't hurt a fly, though she's most likely stepped on one before. She is smaller than the average wolf her age, but is still strong and swift. She is quick-minded, but doesn't like showing off, and hardly ever answers questions that aren't directed solely at her. She doesn't speak unless spoken to.
puppy Story and/or Art: Noise reached her delicate ears as her tapering muzzle drew in the fragrant air. There was a scent, sweet and tempting, hanging there, along with the harsh noise. Although it seemed to her that this was a new smell, a new noise, it was not so - Only that her eyes had just now opened to reality.
The noise was a loud, crackle-crunch, and the doe had a horrible guess as to what it was - And what was coming for her. The scent, although sweet, had an evil tinge to it. The scent apparently made her kind taste good, so it was a curse in her small mind.
Terror gripped her heart as a crumby hand reached out for her. No! It can't end like this! Sudden relief washed over her in a tsumami when the hand hesitated, then moved quickly away from her at a loud bellow from an even bigger giant. She sighed.
Suddenly, another, larger, hand groped close to her. More unbidden fear rushed through her; a scrambling imagination suspected all kinds of different ways of dying.
She wasn't going to die though. She new she wouldn't. She bit the hand, hard, and ran. She ran as fast as she could until her legs ached. She ran to the forest. The darkness was comforting her. I won't come out. She thought I won't if I want to live. The smell was incredibly overpowering though.
I know, I'll run until I'm far away.
She made her way to a distant land, to find her family waiting for her. At last she was with them again. She stayed with them until adult hood, to move away to another forest.
