Val was raised to be a teller of tales and singer of songs. It wasn't until she turned 13 that she was kidnapped and taught to be a taker of lives. She was very good at her job. After a few years, the girl turning 20, she left the assassin's organization and began to travel, searching for a new purpose in life. That was when she met Bishop.

.::How did they meet::.
Val had found herself in a precarious position after fleeing from a nearby town. Some of her previous 'colleagues' had found her and were to bring her back to the organization's headquarters to be tried for treason. She could hear the sound of frustrated words between a Theriadi and their Thentrem partner. They were searching for her. And they were closing in. She was hoping her training in staying unseen and silent would put them off. She couldn't stay hidden in this tree forever.

A deep growl echoed in the dark forest around them as a pair of amber eyes gleamed in the darkness. Soon a bright red and white Thentrem stepped from the shadows, glowering down at the pair before it. He was massive. The Thentrem froze only to turn tail and run with his Theriadi following quickly after. They had heard of the silver horned devil. The proud male merely turned his lip up in disgust before he rose his attention to the female in the tree. Their eyes met then. There was a spark, and the female felt her consiousness slip as well as her grip upon the tree branch.

Her eyes opened to find herself face to face with the Thentrem who stood over her. He had chosen his partner and he stood there, looming over her. Things were certainly going to be interesting.

Partners Personality: Friendly, quite, brave, strong.
Partners History: She was abandoned at the age of 5. She was left at the edge of a small town, and set of on a journey, but she had no idea what she was going on a journey for. 7 years later, she found herself in a cave, that is now here home. (when I explain the whole 7 years, it is much more interesting)
How did they meet: Emily was wandering around a forest, when she heard a crack from above her. She looked up, and waiting for her was Sky blue.
Theriadi's drawing: I suck at art but I will give you a description. Emily has long, dirty blond hair with gold highlights. she has purple eyes, and her face is covered in freckles. She is kinda short, and very skinny. You can commonly find her with mud smeared on her face. She is pretty tan, as she lives outside. She also gets sunburn a lot.

Thentrem: This cat faced thentrem is one of the banes. He tends to like "borrowing" human items. He sometimes blames his horns for "accidental" borrowing. Note: This male has one blue(right) eye and one brown(Left).

Stubborn

He refused to say he has a "borrowing" problem and simply sees it as a way to teach humans to take better care of their stuff after all he is the size of a large horse it wasn't like he could sneak up and take the things he has collected over the years. He also doesn't part with things he's collected even if the owners catch him with it he's more likely to get into a game of tug of war or destroying it so the owner can't have it back

Curious

He is constantly poking his nose into things he shouldn't as well as taking things because they fascinate him. He's gotten himself into trouble several time for taking an interest in the stones commonly used in jewelry. Several humans have tried to steal his collection away, but he guards it very well running off humans and anything else that tries to take his things.

Reluctant Teddy Bear

He does his best to avoid being places where humans are usually found, so he doesn't run into a human that can form a bond with him and so it makes those around him think that he is cold hearted and aloof and that's how he likes it, but in reality he is a very caring and would protect the human partner with a fieriness that would make anyone reconsider harming his partner.

She's very reserved after being bullied most of her life. She doesn't talk much and prefers to stay in her tree house with her collection of various things or reading a book.

She prefers to be by herself after losing her parents she became used to relying on herself and no one else and can sometime be very stubborn not allowing anyone to help her even when she knows she needs it. She spends a lot of her time alone either reading or making things from some of the things she's collected or bought.

Nature Loving

She spends all her time secluded in the forest learning all she can about the forest surrounding her. She spends all her time in the forest choosing the wildlife over interacting with other people with their thentrem since she hasn't found her own.

Collector

She has a collection of not only books but several priceless items, but her most prized item can be found around her neck the heart amethyst pendant that she never takes off
Reluctant Partner(After bonding)
Her and Silvano don't always see eye to eye. After the bonding Silvano learns why she moved out to the forest and has now taken it as his personal mission to get her back to human society and actually make friends,but Raelyn doesn't much care for the idea to bad her partners twice her size.

*Raelyn's View*
Raelyn signed in relief as she came to view her new home it'd been built in the forest and had been made so that it wouldn't interrupt any of the natural wildlife everything was solar powered and she would have to carry water to the house for drinking and bathing purposes. She was a bit of a nature loving freak and had always preferred the quiet setting the forest provided. She had lived in the city to go to school to learn of the place she was born and how to make a proper living. Her mother had what they called theriadi. The wild ones that had yet to get a partner were called thentrem. Some of her friends had met theirs one the special trips they took to heavy populated areas were they were found. After that she became somewhat of a loner in her group of friends the theriadi usually didn't approve of other humans being around when the bonding process. Her parents had unexpectedly passed away leaving her with a large amount of money to build the home she was now living in. She had also inherited her mothers necklace it was one of her most prized possessions. Looking out the window she adjusted her necklace she smiled. She'd noticed signs of various thentrem's, but they didn't seem to curious about her, which didn't bother her, she didn't have to worry about the larger one's getting so curious they actually broke into her house to investigate they're new neighbor. Grabbing a book from the shelf she went outside to the hammock she'd bought before moving out and settling into read and drifted off to sleep.

*Silvano's veiw*
He'd heard the buzz of a human making her home here and actually doing a good job of surviving on her own, but he'd avoiding going into the area so not to let her know that he was here and possibly taking her possessions that she was foolish enough not to keep inside her house, not that the door would stop him the house was big enough to fit even the largest of his kind the dragonbanes. He guessed she had done that on purpose if she ever did become partners with the rarest of the rare thentrems. His curiosity getting the best of him finally he headed in the direction of the humans home and watched curiously the sleeping human. Noting that the human was female he crept up and took a closer look the necklace was the the first thing that caught his eye a large heart amethyst stone set in silver and was obvious very old. He obviously wanted it, but knew he would risk waking the human. Leaving the human to sleep he peeked in through the window to see that the human had a collection of her own a large book case as well as sculptures and other art pieces that caught his eye. Looking back at the human he shook his head at the odd sensation of wanting to stay and wait till she awoke. Heading back into the forest he looked back and shook his head. It was a human for crying out loud he needed to watch himself or he'd draw her attention.

*Raelyn's View*
Raelyn awoke and stretched before climbing out of her hammock and was greeted with the sound of her stomach growling.Knowing that there wasn't much food in the house anymore she grabbed a few snares as well as the dagger she used to dig up herb she managed to find. Carrying a bag she quickly went the the few fruit trees and found the herbs that she liked to use and checked her snares to find one rabbit and quickly field dressed it and put it in the bag and headed home. Pausing she tried to shake the feeling of being followed. Sure she was barely surviving, but she wasn't about to let a wild thentrem take her meal away after all this was the first time the snares had actually worked. Hurrying back to her home she started a fire and quickly made a stew and laid in her hammock and kept an eye on the fire. Hopefully it would last longer than her other food.

*Silvano's view*
He had planned on trying to get into the house, but his curiosity had gotten the better of him again as he decided to follow the human to discover she was hunting for food, which to him didn't make since humans had the best food. Taking a closer look he also noticed that human was slightly underweight and he why the surrounding thentrem disabled her snares when they found them. He was tempted to fetch her something to eat, but quickly shook the feeling why did he feel so drawn to the human surely she couldn't be his partner she was to awkward. Watching her paused and then hurry back to her home he watched as she quickly prepared the rabbit and threw it in the pot with water and several vegetables and herbs she'd gathered. Looking around a glint caught his eye and he quickly went to grab it and managed to catch his teeth in a bolt of thick fabric that he knew was used to make nets. The sound of course drew the humans attention quickly trying to take off he winced as the human grabbed the other end of the fabric and became dead weight. Looking at her he couldn't see her eye her long hair had fallen into her face making her blowing at her hair and attempting to pull the fabric away from him.

*Raelyn's View*
Raelyn hadn't paying attention till she heard the sounds of her favorite fabric that she used to make shoes and also used for making her bags and had even used it in the house. Getting up she watched a bane thentrem started to back pedal with the fabric in its mouth. Not thinking she quickly ran up and grabbed it and felt her butt hit the ground as the thentrem pulled her along the forest floor the force he made her hair flop into her face like it always liked to. Refusing to let go she attempted to blow her hair out of her face. " Let go" she ordered and was greeted with a growl and was shaking as the thentrem shook its head attempting to dislodge her and managed to whip her hair out of her face. Looking up she gasped and let go and grabbed at her eyes as they started to burn. Some of her friend had told her that this was a sign or very watery eyes, but she sure hopped that she was wrong this was suppose to be her escape not her time to get a partner. "Are you okay?" she heard a male voice echo in her head as the burning sensation stopped. She knew that from her mother that thentrem could speak with their mind. Groaning she sat up and opened her eyes to see the bane nose to nose with her. " I'm fine" she replied and rubbed at her eyes and the thentrem seemed to be staring at her. " What?" she asked almost dreading the answer. "Your my partner" the voice replied and Raelyn wanted to shake her head in denial. " Stay" she said before going back into the house and straight to the mirror her once dark brown eyes had changed she now had one blue eye. Remebering the thentrems eyes she wanted to deny it, but she'd been chosen by a thentrem to be their partner.

*Silvano's view*
Silvano hadn't meant to pick her as his partner at first when he looked into her eyes it just seemed to happen. At first was in shock, but now he was more than happy to have a partner, now he had something besides his things to occupy his time. Ignoring her order to stay he entered her home but didn't follow her into the bathroom and looked around she had collections of various things, but the home itself was in okay condition the fabric he'd finally dislodged from his teeth covered the walls keeping water and other things out. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either he could feel the cold draft and also could tell that she didn't have any human food in the house which explained her scavenging the forest for food. Looking back as she came out of the bathroom she looked at him and shook her head. " Why me?" she asked and Silvano felt a grin coming. " It's not really something thentrem pick either we just kinda know once we have eye contact it's the window to the soul and once someone is a match they become a partner even if the thentrem doesn't always get along with they're partner at first it's meant to be kinda like you humans and finding you soulmate" he spoke the human language feeling strange leaving his mouth it'd been years since he'd actually taken the time to talk to a human. Laying down and patting beside him and waited as the human setting in beside him. " So now I'm stuck with you?" she asked and he laughed. " Yep, even if you try and get away I'll find you eventually" he said before resting his head on his paws. He felt the human shift around a bit before sighing. " I'm Raelyn" she said and he nodded. " I'm Silvano" he said before resting his head on his paws again watching as Raelyn got up and brought the pot of food in and ate before settling back beside him and drifting off to sleep. He could tell she wasn't thrilled with him, but they were partners now and inseparable as far as he was concerned.

FuRa is, in a word, odd. She is generally an awkward mix of gleeful insanity and a kind of cool, calculating aristocracy. she is prone to being excessively wordy and intelligent one moment and utterly frivolous and silly the next. you could almost say she has a duality complex as she is made up almost exclusively of opposite extremes. an' she is likly ta talk inna way reflecten' tat, yo. One moment, she speaks with complete sophistication, an' teh next, all type of any formality tott'ly all up an' droppen' from her words. but aside from all that, she is really loyal and really sticks to things she believes in or even remotely likes. She is quick to defend what she is loyal to, and typically does whatever it takes to do what she thinks is necessary to achieve that. Whether anyone else agrees it's the right thing or not.

Partners Personality:
Mariko is quite the opposite to her partner Arisu. She's a rule breaker, a punk, and often gets herself into trouble with either the law or other people. Poor Arisu has to try and bail her out without doing anything to break the law as she is a noble thentrem. Besides that Mariko can be a cross of kindness and coldness. It all depends on the people she's dealing with. With her partner and those close to her she's kind, caring, and protective. She thinks of Arisu as almost like a sister. While if she deals with thugs or just plain out rude or snobby people she'll turn cold and aggressive slightly in a heartbeat. Then there's the playful side of her that's mostly always shown. From teasing to rough housing around this girl just loves to have fun.


Partners History:
Mariko was born into a clan known as the "Wolfang". They all normally had strange colored hair and long wolf like ears. The clan was small, a way to show you were in the clan was by a marking. So Mariko when she was very young was required to get tattoos on both of her arms. At the age of 6 Mariko has been interested in the soul bounded creatures well known as thentrem . Though she didn’t know much about them it amazed her how two beings unalike in appearance and sometimes personality could be so close. She envied them; she had no one to really turn too. Her parents didn't seem to care about her all that much. Then when Mariko was only ten years old she was disowned by her parents. The war had made them poor and they couldn't keep Mariko. Though they never liked Mariko, she was a trouble maker even then and just made things hard for them, stealing things from neighbours giving the family a bad reputation. She was only a kid and yet to learn many things. She had gotten no real education only learning to read and write during her time with her parents. She only learned anything really good when Mariko was kicked out with only the cloths on her back and a simple decorative knife. Not knowing what else to do ten year old Mariko went to live in the woods. She learned to hunt, build shelter, and find water everything that a person needed to survive. No math, no science it wasn't needed in her case. During her first few days of living in the forest though was hard. She had to find ways to do this or do that. And once she was attacked by some kind of animal leaving her with deep long scares on her back. But she was able to live there for about 8 years. She would always keep moving, never staying at one spot of the large forest for too long. Staying in one place was never good for her. She'd think about her parents whenever her brain wasn't set on something. So she kept moving on but never leaving the forest. Well unless when she would find a town near the forest's edge. She'd cause a bunch of trouble with individual people and the town's officials. Stealing interesting foods she's never tried or a pair of new cloths that she desperately needed. Getting into fights just because of some fresh water that person has. It was all fun and games and survival to her. Well until it all slowed down when she became soul bounded to the wolf stature noble thentrem Arisu.

It was a typical day for Mariko, the sun was just rising, some dim light filtered through the trees of the forest and into Mariko's closed eyes. She groaned and moved her arm to shield her from the offending sleep waker, though now that she was awake she might have as well got up. Mariko sluggishly moved around her little campsite under a great oak tree. Her black and orange jacket was hanging over a branch so all she had on was bandages that replaced a bra and then her pants. The silky material of the pants belonged to someone rich. Mariko just 'borrowed' it as she needed a new pair. Mariko's long ears twitched as Mariko pulled on her jacket leaving it unzipped as she always did. She looked dazzlingly at the fire she had made last night to keep her warm. It was out now as nothing was around to fuel it. Mariko yawned and went to grab her possessions which only consisted of her small knife from her mean parents. Once Mariko was finished preparing for the day, she headed out. She'd heard of a small town that was close to the edge around here. Mariko was excited, it wasn't everyday she could find these things. The last town or village she'd been too was and entire month back. She planned on causing a bunch of trouble. It was kind of like her hobby. By noon she finally found the town, she stood under a shady tree looking down at the town; a small smile crossed her lips as she thought of the many ways to go about her fun



"Hey get back here you little tramp!" An angry man in his thirties cried out as he chased Mariko through the streets of the town. As Mariko planed she sure did make trouble, she stole from the man behind her. It simply was a pound or two of some strange meat but it seemed valuable to the guy. That's mostly why Mariko took it, she liked messing with people some days. Mariko swerved on the dirt ground with her bare feet causing dust to kick up behind her. She kept running a wicked grin on her face. To either side of her were walls of houses and buildings. And by the looks of it, the way Mariko was taking was going to be a dead end. And she knew it too, but there was no other way to go. As she thought this through in her mind she almost didn't see a white looking wolf cross her path. But by then it was too late and she slammed into the creature, both of them rolling away before sliding to a stop. Mariko winced in pain. But she couldn't stop to see if the wolf was ok. She could hear the man's angry rants coming closer and closer to her. Mariko jumped up and sprinted again the way she came with the meat still at hand.

Minutes later Mariko came to the dead-end she knew to be here. Luckily it didn't seem that high up, so she began climbing the wall by jumping back and forth between the two outer walls. Soon she was at the top; she let out a happy sigh as she knows she'd won this round. The man couldn't possible follow her without getting one of those human contraptions called a ladder, all of a sudden though something heavy and furry dropped onto her back sending her plummeting down the other side of the wall. She hit the dirt ground hard and groaned in slight pain. The meat she had taken fell out of her hand during the fall and now was a foot away from her. She watched in a daze as that man picked the meat up and gave her a pathetic dirty look. But there still was a pressure on her back, which meant that the man she stole from wasn't the one that attacked her. Mariko looked up and saw the wolf thing she had ran into before. It was glaring at her angrily. "Don't you know stealing is against the law!" it barked out. Mariko was too surprised to say anything, this wolf thing just talked! Wolves don't talk so what the heck is this thing? As Mariko pondered on that the whitish wolf continued to rant on. "You should be ashamed of yourself, if you’re that desperate for something to eat learn to hunt or get a dang job....." Mariko stopped listening after that. She waited for the wolf to stop and get off of her. But then Mariko's vision blurred She felt her eyes water as an intense burning sensation came to her eyes. It was so bad Mariko passed out because of it.....

Mariko woke again up to the sun in her eyes, she blinked looking around. She was in the forest again. "How'd i get here?" Mariko wondered out loud. But nothing answered back so she stood to find water. She found a small stream and looked down at the water to see her reflection. She gasped her eyes had changed from their bluish color to a very pale green color. How was that possible? She knew her eyes didn't change so how'd this happen?

"Oh it seems you are awake" a voice came from behind Mariko causing the girl to swing around to face whoever it was. The strange wolf again, it stood a few feet away from her. Its eyes the same color of her's bored into her like it was trying to figure her out.

"Who are you?" Mariko growled reaching back to a spot in her pants that held her knife. She held it up afraid that this beast would attack her.

But it didn't, only sat down wrapping its tail across its paws in a formal way. It gave a small smile before speaking "Allow me to introduce myself, I am Arisu a Thentrem and now your soul bound partner" she said making it seem as if it was the most simplest thing in the world. But it wasn't to Mariko who just stared and slowly took the information in. Life just got a whole bunch more interesting.

Shawn is a trouble maker through and through, loving the sound of his name being yelled in irritation, he loves playing tricks on the people around them and his family find themselves stuck to a chair or shocked by a doorbell every now and then...

Life loving:
Shawn wants to live and to live to the full, he never says no to an adventure and doesn't waist a second on a frown. Shawn will pull you off a bridge(with a rope tied to you of course) or towards a new mystery he's dying to uncover.

Foolish:
Apart from Shawn's bad side he has a foolish side to, loving to make the people around him laugh and cheer up those who are sad. Shawn loves every moment and tries to smile every second, fall over his feet, laugh uncontrollably or even dance like he has gone mad.

Loving:
Shawn can be serous to urging someone who is crying or telling others how special they are, Shawn also always thinks of the people around him before he thinks of himself (except when pranking though) and his always there to lend a hand or a ear.

Strong headed:
Shawn will not be swayed, when he believes something or feels something he'll stick to it, Shawn always stands his ground and will never give up. He won't stop something once his started it and won't ever ever lose hope. If he can dream it, it can be done!

Shawn is not perfect not close but he is who he is and won't ever change it, his friends and family where given to him by destiny and he loves them, and who he is around them as much as he loves the sky (the sky's his favourite place on earth...weird and ironic isn't it, on earth...when the sky technically isn't ON earth exactly), Don't mistake him for a push over though cause he can absolutely be tough too.

Partners History:
The house was always quite when I was a kid, big as a castle, large stone walls painted green and blue, lilac counters and modern couches, chairs and tables stood scattered through the house, but it was quiet and lonely. Mum and Dad where never around, always working on new projects (they owned a building company) or they where to tired when they where home, so I learned to take care of myself, learned to make coffee when i was three (almost lost my hand to a third degree burn but it was worth it), burned hundreds of eggs before I learned to feed myself and explored the house raiding every nook and cranny. I grew up lonely and quiet and that changed as I grew older but my sense of adventure never died.

How did they meet:
Shawn sat with his knees in the dirt and his head in his hands as a blue car with two older humans drove away, the ground beneath him was starting to turn to mud when he finally stood, strong and lean, I felt anger burn up and down my spin as he lifted his head and red marks shaped like a hand lay be neigh the path tears created down his face. I’ve been watching this young male for a while as nature tested him, pushed him too see if he was the right one.... he is.

Now I look at the one I've chosen filthy heartbroken and maybe even vengeful, without realizing it, a growl escaped me and the leaves in front of me vibrated as the sound swept over them. "Who's there?" Shawn asked, instantly swinging around and standing his ground ((that rhymes you know around and ground, gosh, poetry in motion, anyway...)) Something flashed in his eyes as I lifted out of my crouch standing taller than the horses he would ride, but it wasn't fear or regret it seemed more like bravery and amazement and that was what made my decision final.

Shawn dropped to the ground cursing and closing his eyes with his hands, yelling out in pain and irritation as they changed. Once his eyes where set he lifted his head, he looked slightly different, his cheek bone seemed more prominent as his eyes where slightly bigger, the blue of his iris I've come to know was now a vivid yellow-gold color and his usually large pupils where now slitted, thinned out, mine... He looked at me, eyes wide and angry, "what happened to me?" he practically yelled and i shook my head "mirror" I answered ((ok so I might have shortened my lines a bit, but I've changed since that day, so I might have growled and yelled and practically burst Shawn's head as I screamed in his mind but that’s not quite important...okay?))

Shawn turned on his heels dashing to the front of his mansion where one wall was covered in a huge mirror with large golden borders. Shock passed through him and left a smile in its wake, "what are you, explain yourself" he commanded, and I did, explaining the bond, our world and the things that would now be his responsibility, he blinked at me a few times and then grinned a ferry lopsided grin and stuck out his hand "partners?" he asked, but I shook my head "brothers" the echo sounded in his head and his smile widened, jumping me and giving me a bear hug was his next move and the first ever moment we shared as brothers. ((ok so that’s the story about how Shawn and I met... officially.))

So I thought id explain why i chose Shawn, I was working on a new character when i saw this little guy and fell in love head over heals so I started sketching Titan everywhere and as i sketched in one of my notebooks the character I've been working on shone through, he had these big eyes and crazy hair and a sketch of personality and i just figured why not. Shawn was already a life loving trouble maker with a pure heart and the personalities instantly had this connection, the devil and the childish angel. So thats how Shawn came to be!

The computer flipped Shawn's images, the hair is actually on his left side sorry bout that, also some of Titans images don't have hair, i just wanted to draw some images where you see his eyes. And sorry bout the margins.
