Username: Darry

Name: Awol

Number Of Pup: 6

Gender: Male ♂

Personality: Somewhat generous but puts his own needs before others'. Hes hyperactive, but will crash near the end of the day and barely move. Awol enjoys the company of friends and is very loyal to most. However, sometimes he words things the wrong way and easily offends others.

Short Story: Awol was one of the different pups of the litter. He was one of two pups with blue fire and one of two pups with a demon form. He was also a very lightly colored pup.
Most of Awol's siblings enjoyed playing rough, and usually they hurt each other. If Awol ever attempted to join them, he would be the first to limp away or curl into a ball. He was so easy to injure or scare, that his tough siblings couldnt help but go for sensitive little Awol.
A few years passed after this tough babyhood, and Awol obtained a few friends. These wolves were a bit mean, but kept Awol around anyway.
"Yo, guys! What are ya doing?" Awol would shout as he trotted over to his gang.
Every day, the other wolves would tackle Awol, in a friendly, yet harsh manner. Awol disliked it, but accepted it since these wolves were his only friends.
"Heh, nice..." his voice would shake.
"Today were doing something different, A!" The biggest of the gang would say. "Lets go tease the baby wolves." he giggled.
"Whats the fun in that?" Awol told the leader.
The wolf glared. "Dont come then!" he was offended by Awol's questioning.
"Well, no! I meant... why? Why would we do that?"
After a few short sentences and a few evil words from the gang, Awol joined in, being loyal to his companions.
The young wolves already knew to hide at the site of the gang. However, some new pups had no idea. The gang would tackle the little pups until they started biting, then laugh as the babies ran with their tails between their legs.
Awol walked away, hoping no one would notice. He looked back at his gang and walked forward. He bumped into a fae, a few months younger than he was. "Oh, sorry!" he shouted, surprised.
"Its fine!" The young fae looked at Awol with pure eyes. "What's your name, boy?"
"Uh, Awol!" he replied nervously. Then his gang found him.
"Yo, A, lets go!" Awol looked back again.
"I gotta go!" His voice shook as he ran back to the mean wolves.
A few days later, the gang decided to chase the pups that ran from them. Awol's hyperactive personality helped him go along with the plan. He loved running and didnt love anything more than playing tag, even if the opponents didnt really agree to play.
The female wolf from before stopped Awol in his tracks as he chased after a very young puppy.
Awol skidded to a stop, nearly running over the girl.
"What on earth are you doing?" she glared angrily.
"Uh...hm..." His voice quivered. He looked back at the gang and looked down disappointed "I dunno..."
"Youre such a nice boy, Awol! What are doing with those jerks?"
She remembered his name. Awol looked up with wide eyes. "Um, theyre my friends."
"Im Winter." The young girl's face lightened up as she introduced herself. "What do say about going to the river with me? We can leave those guys here." She said snobbily.
"Well..." Awol was unsure at first, but he looked around and saw the biggest wolf tackle a very small pup. "Yes! Lets go." he sensed the anger in his own voice.
Winter took Awol to meet her friends, two females and two males, at the river. Awol had a better time than he ever did with those jerks.
Awol decided that night, as he stayed with Winter, that he was going to abandon his friends that he had been so loyal to for so long. It pained him to make the decision, but he wanted to be with Winter and her kind buddies.
The furture couple went for a walk the next morning in the dew-covered grass. Suddenly, the evil gang walked up to the two. "Awol! Come on! Were gonna chase those little punks into the river!" The big wolf laughed like thunder.
Awol nearly hid behind Winter. "Uhm... O...kay..."
"Um, NO!" Winter yelled back. She snarled at the gang.
"Who do you think you are? This punk is part of us! Beat it, lady! Awol, get over here or well rip your fur out!"
Winter pushed Awol back with her back leg. "No, you beat it! Awol doesnt need you!"
The big gang leader growled violently.
Winter snapped her jaws at his, clinching her teeth on his muzzle. A small fight broke out between the leader and Winter. Awol, shaking in his place, stepped up finally. For the first time, Awol used violence. He snapped at the leader's ear and gave it a nice tear. The leader struggle to get up and then ran off, his minions fallowing behind.
Awol licked Winters cheek, were a small wound was found. She smiled lightly. "You dont need them, its okay."
"I know. Youre my best friend now."
Winter was able to show Awol what a friend really was. Not a jerk who would rip your fur out if you didnt obey them, but a kind wolf that would always stick up for you.
Awol and Winter never sperated...
