Sure! That is a good idea for drawing.....

The trainer puts Sailor on the ground and holds a treat above his head, giving it to him when he sits and moving it away when he jumps or walks. Sailor eventually gets what he is supposed to do. The trainer adds the word “ sit” and replaces the treat with a hand motion signaling sit.

Sailor has learned sit!


The trainer approaches Sailor and motions for him to come. Sailor tilts his head curiously and puts a paw forward the trainer gives him a treat for effort. The trainer then makes the same motion again. Sailor takes a few steps till he reaches the trainer! The trainer tries again but adding in the word “come” with the hand motion. Sailor walks toward the trainer!

Sailor has learned come!
