How do u color them cleanly?

I use layers and the lock alpha function. Layers allow you to have color in specific areas with or without overlap, and lock alpha allows you to color in layers. I recommend you experiment with any editable and get to know how to use layers and lock alpha, especially if you want to become an artist on CS, as most people want artists to know how to use these functions.
