His name is Keirn and he is a demiboy!

Keirn is a strange fellow, he'd prefer to avoid conflict and is pretty mellow. He's quiet and doesn't get along well with other, not that he's vindictive or rude, just a little too shy to reach out. His favorite place is his greenhouse, it's quiet and he finds solace in his plants. He's been raising plants for as long as he can remember, and his favorites are daffodils. He's actually pretty intelligent and if you do ask him about plants, his shy demeanor fades and is replaced by a very eloquent and excitable guy. Keirn considers the plants his friends and gives each a name. He lives by himself, but is never lonely, and works as a botanist. The few people that have gotten close to him say he's a real sweetheart, but he can get a little bit down sometimes when one of his plants falls ill. He's very in-tune to his plants 'feelings' and believes that one day he will be able to communicate with them.

Keirn is often found out at night, he likes midnight walks in the park. He's not afraid of many things besides social interaction. Because of this, he's physically fit. His favorite drink is chocolate milk, of all things, because at heart he is childish. All he wants to do is have a good time with his plants and not have to worry about what the future may hold. He's a careful planner of short-term things, but planning long-term projects makes him very anxious.

When upset he's prone to frequent bouts of crying and fits, though he's so used to it that he typically just continues whatever he's doing with tears running down his cheeks. No big deal. He also withdraws from his friends and holes himself up inside his house, only going out to buy groceries and the like. Throughout his pain he doesn't stop caring for his plants.

But when he's happy he's a joy to be around, gentle and encouraging to friends, he tends to him and sing a lot to his plants. His mood often changes with the weather. For example, in winter he often gets depressed because the vegetation is gone, but when spring rolls around he perks up again. It's puzzling to everyone that knows him why this happens, but they can only assume it is because he is so in-tune to his plants.

Keirn also really enjoys volunteering - as long as it's solitary. He works over the summer at a local nature center as their gardener and takes care of their flowerbeds, along with some small animals. One of his best friends is a possum he met there after hours in June. He named her Dolly and she likes to help him garden by carrying seed packets or his watering can and shovel back and forth for him, she's proven herself to be a big help.

Aside from that, he finds his work at the university to be interesting. He was hired as a researcher a few years after he graduated, and specializes in angiosperm research. He really likes working in the big greenhouses they have there and mainly works on conservation methods for endangered plant species.

Overall he is kindly, gentle, odd, introverted, intelligent, and anxious. While he may seem hard to deal with for some, to the people that know him he is irreplaceable and a joy to have around. He truly gives his all to his plants and his friends, even if that means sacrificing something in return.

Fletcher is a quiet, careful, and shy boy. He observes from a distance, never really wanting to take the risk of an argument or heated discussion. He avoids eye contact with people (witch is easy because of the tuff of fur on his head) and keeps his head low.

Because Fletcher is quiet doesn't mean he isn't appreciative. If someone stops to help or even moves out of the way for him he always has to turn around for a quick thank you before walking away. Fletcher would rather continue walking without comment but he feels like he should always thank people for the little things they do.

Fletcher is known for having a calm demeanor. His way of avoiding heated conversation helps him remain calm. He wont have outbursts or state his opinion to strangers. People admire him from afar because of this trait. Everyone would love to be as calm as Fletcher.

Fletcher has an always buzzing mind in contrast to his demeanor. You could often find him doing puzzles under a tree or on a bench in the park. He loves codes and as a child he often made up codes for secrete "spy missions" for his friends. He enjoys solving puzzles and he always excels in school. Fletcher is also skilled in reading emotions. He can tell what someone is feeling and he can say a simple word or two to make them feel better before hurrying away.

Fletcher is not a fan of encountering friendly strangers who want to have a conversation. He will stand there awkwardly often saying simple "yes"s or "no"s while the stranger talks. He will try and avoid these encounters as much as possible.

Due to Fletcher's quietness and calmness he is often made fun of by people. They call him weak and nerdy, but he never stands up for himself (only his friends do but I'll talk about them later). Fletcher is often pushed around at school and the bullies will often rip up his puzzle books. He is intimidated by these bullies and the only reason why he really puts up with it is because he's passionate about his friends and learning.

Fletcher is very humble. He often wins awards for good attendance or grades but he never brags. In fact, sometimes no one will know he has won an award unless they see his trophy wall. That wall is filled to the brim with trophies.

Fletcher is the one friend to can always trust. If his friends have problems, they automatically go to him to talk about it. Fletcher calmly talks about the problem and give advice. Because of Fletcher, the four friends rarely have any big fights.

Fletcher does know how to have a good time, and during sleepovers he and his friends stay up all night having fun and laughing. Fletcher really loosens up with his friends and has fun. You can trust him to come up with fun activities and you will always have something to do while he is around!

If you want to know something from Fletcher about how you look or how nice something is her will almost always say what he thinks. Sometimes this is bad because the truth can hurt, but people admire his bravery to speak his mind. He will only do this when he is around his friends.

This could be a positive trait for anyone, but for Fletcher, it's negative. All of those emotions and thoughts that where bottled up throughout the day or even week are usually released towards his friends. He will passionately talk about everything he wanted to tell the strangers for hours and completely bore his friends out of their minds. But his friends are nice so they will continue to listen to him until they fall asleep (this happened to him once during a talk about global warming).

Just because most people don't know about his achievements doesn't mean his friends don't. If Fletcher wins anything he shoots a quick text to his friends and they all meet up to celebrate at the local park. This is when Fletcher feels proud of himself. He also get his friends to celebrate with him if one of them achieves something. This results in a celebration about once a week but the four friends has so much fun every time.
