The only problem with "keeping her fursona original" is that, as I said, it was never original to start with . The CS rules state that similar markings and colors are not considered theft, unless the combinations of those are highly original and rarely ever seen.

Creating a drawing with some of the same colours as another drawing, whether you have seen it or not, is NOT theft. (This does not apply to direct copies of artwork.)

I don't consider you rude, but if you or your sister are that bothered by the similarities, you should always just report and led the mods decide whether or not it's theft :3. That way, fuss is avoided and the situation is resolved by the staff.

Gonna agree with Azora here. If Mango-Burst didn't want anyone to "copy" her fursona, she shouldn't have chosen such a popular design...

Alright. That's probably enough. Obviously, Mango-Burst wasn't the first to make a black fursona with rainbow legs, ears, or tail, and she won't be the last, so I'd leave Blaise alone. It might not be an original design, but it's highly likely Blaise wasn't trying to copy anyone, and it's a nice design, so of course lots of people are going to think of it. Mango-Burst has no right to ask anyone else to take down or stop using a character with a generic design lots of people have done.
