I think a lot of people do like her but I think everyone is waiting for those two "Special" pups before they choose which one they want to try and adopt.

Everyone will probably swarm for the two special pups because it's just human nature to get special things x3 So this one is most likely being put off until they see what the special pups look like.
That's my logic to it anyways xD
