I want a custom starry please!

base color: A light beige color perhaps? :3
Designs color (optional): Something with this maybe, Japanese-themed. :3
galaxy color: Very light pink, like Sakura pink. Kinda soft in tone. 8D
do you want stars to show (like hanging from body): Yes<3
If so where and what color: 1 from the ear, 1 around the left wrist, 1 from the left upper arm, and 2 on the tail<3 I hope that wasn't too complicated. D:

It was no trouble at all, but rather was quite fun to design. I used most of the colors on the palette you suggested, but included a few others. As you can tell (hopefully xD) I included the eyelashes you requested, but decided not to do the blush because of the design I put by her eye.
The two symbols are supposed to say sakura - which is Japanese for cherry blossoms - in Kanji form; I used this as reference but put the symbols in blue near the paws so you could see what they kind of look like.

Let me know if this isn't quite what you were looking for and I can modify whatever you want me to~

I'm glad you like her so much, as she was actually really fun to design - I've always had a soft spot for sakura blossoms and tend to like doing the cascading effect in some manner x3
