For staff: To roll, just pick a theme from here. It will roll a primary, secondary and tertiary theme, but I just treat those as 3 choices for the themes, so you can just choose from one. You don't have to, but you can choose a Pokemon from here if you have no idea what to draw. Here is the roll guide, but you don't need to do it for artist search. To roll numbers, just use random.org. The adopts are mostly based on randomness and luck!
