Personality:
Jinx is very secretive and shy, and can be a bit emotionally unstable at times, but that's because of his unruly and violent history. He doesn't bother making lots of friends, because he knows it won't help him become any better. The only friend he has/will have is my charrie Jay. He is very sarcastic and loves making jokes.
History:
The moment Jinx was born, he stepped into a cruel world. He was born in a pound, and they separated him from his mother soon after. He was put in a room with lots of other puppies. He was very lonely because he was an only pup, so he spent most of his days sitting in the corner. One day, a blue-gray dog walked up to him.
"What?" He said.
"Umm... hi. My name's Jay." She told him.
"So?"
"Well, I noticed you all alone, and I know how you feel. I just came in." She said. Jinx just nodded.
"So who are you?" She asked.
"Jinx."
"So... umm... you want to be friends?" Jay said. Jinx took a moment to consider it.
"Fine."
They were soon moved to the room where the big dogs were. He guessed his mum had been adopted already, because she wasn't there. The caretakers didn't seem to care about the dogs. The place smelled of stale urine and dog shed. Jinx hated it.
"I want to get out." He said to Jay one day.
"I know. This place is no fun." She said. Luckily, that day, a human came and adopted them. Jinx and Jay thought they were going to be free. Until they arrived at the facility.
It was even worse than the pound. It smelled disgusting, the water had algae in it, the food was old and rotten, and there was blood on the ground. Worst of all, the dogs constantly picked fights with each other, often dragging Jinx and Jay into them.
One day, lots of people with lots of money came. The dogs were paired up and fought to the death, or at least to the badly wounded. Jinx was paired up with a vicious looking pit bull. He fought as his and the pit bull's blood stained the ground. Finally, he fell to the ground, and the pit bull walked up to him.
"And now, I'm going to finish you." It laughed in its gravelly voice.
"Not this time." Jinx growled, and struck out. The pit bull howled in pain as Jinx's claws ripped his face. Jinx got up and ran out of the arena, pulling Jay along with him.
"We have to go! Now!" He said as Jay ran along, surprised and confused. She was next, but Jinx wasn't going to let that happen. They ran through the streets, dodging people and ducking through alleys, where Jinx found his bandanna. They have been running, hiding, ever since, for fear that the dogs will come back.
