This is Binary's mother. She's the one who experimented on Binary, taking her unicorn horn and giving her wings and an oddly shaped and colored set of unmagical horns. After taking her daughter's horn, she used it, a pair of broken pegasus wings, and an enchanted gem to create Entropy, a reanimated dress mannequin.

Entropy:

Her body is made of whatever maniquins are made of, covered in soft fabric to simulate the hide of a pony. Over time, the fabric began to wear and fade, and it has been stitched up several times. Her mane is made of thread, which is why it's so flyaway. Her crystal eye animates her and gives her magic, though it is reletively weak.
