Welcome to our Spitz-y Summer Event! In this event there will be art and writing prompt opportunities, guaranteed Spitz adoptions and even a modified sledding race for everyone requiring only two or less dogs!

This event will be split into two parts, the adoption portion running from June 30 through July 14, and the race portion lasting from July 18 through July 20.

For the Adoptions-

To receive a Spitz during this event, you an use this editable Oekaki and create a sandcastle You can decorate it in whatever way you choose, use the base model if not comfortable creating your own base, or start from scratch and build your own!
*note, please edit only on labeled folder*
If not comfortable or able to use the Oekaki, you may also write a story about summer activities you enjoy with your spitz! This writing must be at minimum 150 words, and no more than 500.
Limited to one Spitz per user***

For the race portion-

This will be the first sledding event of the Species!! To participate, you must have at lease one Spitz, but can use any available Founder Spitz for your temporary second teammate. The use of Founder dogs in this race is limited to users with only one dog.
