Why are so many people not following Neara's not adoptables rule after they recolor?

The rule is that your not allowed to move the colored in verson into the adoptable oekaki board.
But she said it's fine to adopt out the pups you don't want.

true true. You can't use these lines for Competitions or Adoptable Oekaki because they aren't your lines and you cannot take credit for them in such a way i dont not belive in.

But you may adopt out the pup designs (or adult) you dont want in your Colored-in version :}

Hey, I need a bit of help guys..When I go to color one of the pups, the lines usually over lay one of the other pups or the wolf. How do I fix this? I had other people kinda tell me how to do it..but I didn't really understand it.
