I'm guessing you can't claim it under the BNHA Adopts name, but you can make a BNHA OC.

More like "Don't make a bnha oc of your own and claim that it's from US"
Making bnha ocs is fine, but claiming they're from this adopts centre is what would be weird and wrong.

Small Announcement
Hello everyone. After reviewing some complaints and discussing the status of BNHA adopts, it's been decided that they will be an open species. There's been a major change to the rules and the staff has been disbanded as well. I will work on moving these to the editables forum.
