do accessories count as lineart edits?

I have no use of Oekaki, at all. Like... My computer doesn't even support Microsoft kind of old, doesn't like Java neither.
Is it okay if I make one on a different program (probably DA Muro or SketchbookExpress because of my computer), if someone could relay what it says on the note layer back to me ;u;?
