•I reserve the right to refuse a commission, with or without explanation
•Under no circumstances will I draw a hate symbol or other such thing that goes against my morals. If I get a feeling I will do my own research
•My art is not to be used in the training of AI or put into any AI generator of any type
•Do not remove the watermark or signature
•Do not claim as your own, attribute to someone else, or post with no attribution
•Do not put your own watermark on the image
•Do not resell my art- exceptions are made for selling specifically the character, but do not include my art in the price and inform the new owner(s) of these rules
•I take payment up front, but will refund when necessary (I do not spend payment until after the finished art is sent)
•Do not ask for a refund after art is sent- I will make changes to the piece, but not redraw more than 25% of lineart and/or paid backgrounds without additional payment. I will ask for clarification on anything I'm not sure of, and, if you leave something up to me to decide I will describe it to you before working on it and even send a basic sketch of poses for approval when asked
