Sorry, I'm not interested in giving out some of my characters.
Right now I'm looking for characters or designing new ones.

I could design you a character for free if you want, but your going to have to outline it and color it in.
I can't do digital very well yet unless I try super hard though that would take me forever since I'm very picky with my art.
I can only do traditional for now.

Well, try to ask other people to create characters for you in an art trade.
Or you can search the forums for characters that are on sale or trade.
I've been doing that lately and I got a lot of characters then what I started with.
