stickied means that it will stay above all the other threads because the mods/admins of the site, or even Tess herself, thinks that this is important for people to see. commonly stickied threads are things such as Rules for certain boards and tips/hints as well as site announcements in the announcements forum.

i would like to see this implented- "Don't complain. Sure, your pets you paid are "art". But still, there are not yours! I have seen tons of people saying they "overpayed" with an 09 rare and were wondering why they got a "crappy sketch." If an artist commissions something to you, you have every right to it. You could even sell it (if of course, the artist gives permission). CS pets? No. You cant "sell" cs pets for real money. You cant do anything to it. You dont have the rights to cs pets. Artists charge amazingly cheap prices. Stop complaining."

As I currently have an art shop, I agree with this a lot. But there's also some things artists themselves need to keep in mind. These people are giving you their own pets for something you make all the time. Make it count. I get annoyed all the time when I see things like "headshot- 1 rare" and the quality is very low. I offer 1 rare for a Fullbody depending on the character. We should prove our things reasonably.

I didn't notice this on the front page so I'll go ahead and add something that's been bothering me for a while.
Always reply to your commissioner. I've had a few customers (not just on CS) completely ignore me after I've finished working on their commissions. And I know for a fact that they saw my messages/drawings, but they didn't bother to comment, fave or give me any sort of indication of "thanks". I think that is quite disrespectful, especially when the customer is paying in simple pets, not C$ or store pets. Artists accept pets when they could get money out of their skills, so don't act stuck-up and think that you don't owe them a thank you.
