I wanted to ignore this but... I couldn't. I don't want to be rude or something, just a few good advices how to order arts.

This behaviour is really disrespectful for the artist. As a customer you should do your best to offer what an artist want - not a "quantity equivalent". If I was doing an art for a list pet and then someone told me "sorry, I traded it off, have a bunch of other rares" I would feel deceived, it's not what I was told to get for my work even if it would look "fair".
The same goes for keeping pets. If you offer them anywhere for someone, you shouldn't trade them off. Kio already replied to you that first pet is not enough so you should add another and then send a trade (kind of "insurance") so she could add you on list and would start your orders back then, why you haven't done that?

And this is why I think Kio won't accept this kind of payment since it's not listed on the first page.
